i get dont you realize that spider-man and black panther will be back so they didnt die aspect but they have said they actually did die and though they will be brought back they will remember that it happened and could cause future bits in the stories similar to how IM3 dealt with tonys PTSD from new york
I was thinking last night about how Gamora referred to Thanos eliminating half of the universe with a snap of his fingers, she was using a metaphor, but then it turned out to be a literal snap.
That got me thinking ... how did Thanos learn all the various hand motions required to work all the stones. I mean, when he wanted to use the time stone, he did all the same hand motions that Dr. Strange used.
And in the battle on Titan, they make a big deal about him not closing his fist, but he doesn't always make a fist when using the stones. He gets that ship off of himself and switches to the reality stone without closing his fist.
Sometimes he just thinks the stones into actions, sometimes he mimics the motions of what he wants to happen (throwing the moon), and the snap actually requires a snap.
Am I just obsessing over a minor inconsistency?
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?
I don't remember if I read this on twitter or heard it on a podcast but a really easy way to get out of GotG3 problems is that they're all dead at the end of this movie except for the raccoon so just have GotG3 be a different team and Rocket potentially has a new voice because I doubt Cooper's going to come back.

They're all coming back in Avengers 4

I'm about 15 minutes in and so far I kinda like it but the music and humor really throw me off. I would much prefer to just let the action play out without huge operatic themes trying to tell me how I'm supposed to feel. And do we really need jokes about Ben and Jerry's ice cream flavors and all powerful superheros calling each other douche bags? Just terrible.

Hulka-Hulka burnin fudge is their favorite.

This does not feel like something Thor would say with the fate of the universe on the line. Really takes me out of it. The dialogue is more like a bunch of 3rd graders pretending to be superheros on a playground.
We finally get some real emotional weight when the green chick convinces idiot chris pratt to kill her if needed.. they kiss then we get another dumb dumb attempt at humor. Do we really need this counterbalance at every turn? Can't the movie just stick to one mood for more than 10 seconds?
It saddens me this movie and the like are the most popular money making films in the world... they seem to be written by a large group of people with ADD constantly interrupting each other to sneak in what THEY want to happen NOW and then THIS happens now no now THIS happens ok HAHA now wait THIS BOOM BANG haha PEE PANTS!

It's been a while since I've sat through one but if I remember correctly that one Captain America movie was decent. Either they're getting worse or I got smarter.
omg how much time are we to believe captain america must spend on his hair in the morning. Very distracting and stupid/unnecessary. He's not the kind of personality that would care so much about his hair and beard. Just plain ridiculous.
