That guy is hilarious. The first dad comes in with a legit complaint, is angry, is tough, and articulates his grievance clearly. He puts the fear of god in the guy without ever going over the line, but you can tell that is only because he knows where the line is, having made the choice to cross it many times before (and he may just choose to do so again any second).
