I turned the leftover lamb stew into a pot pie by adding some brown gravy and French onion soup mix and some barley. So good.

I’m rotten with a flu and everything hurts. I was told eating anything with loads of chills helps sweat it out so I’m gonna make some sort of stew. But with chills.
Totally making it up as I go. Unless anyone has any good recipie ideas?

Making a super hot chilli con carne instead.
Cos intense heart burn and running to the toilet all night with the squirts really sets a horrible flu off.
