His contemporary interpretation of myth speaks to the deepest core of who I am and what I value as a human being. It’s very personal for me.
Have you shared your Snyder ranking? And yes you have to include Justice League

I would swear I've never The Game but that I have been in the room while my roommate in the army watched a movie very similar to it, but it was almost played for laughs. Like the main character was in a reality TV show but the same kind of events from The Game were playing out, like people were after him but it was for TV and he thought it was all real.

Is Man of Steel the biggest about-face you've had on a movie? I remember you ranking it as one of 2013's worst

Very possibly yes. Though Wild Strawberries is also a candidate. And The White Ribbon (in the other direction).

Zack Snyder is a great visual filmmaker but he is not ever near Fincher. The day Zack makes a movie like, lets say, the social network, he can sit at his table.

LMAO The Social Network is garbage. Fincher is dirt compared to Snyder.

:haha: It kind of is, huh.

One scene that I remember is the main character almost being buried alive in a grave in the middle of the night while being attached by a group of people.
