I prefer the more boring/predictable courses because I want skill to be the most deciding factor, not knowledge of upcoming twists and turns .. and I score best on them

I don't mind the Excite Bike course, lots of opportunities for speed boosts.

It's a different skill. I prefer everyone to know the course and to see who the better racer is from there.E.H. The Bowser's Castle track where sections of the road sink into the lava during each lap is my least favorite in the entire game.
