I haven't seen (what I'm assuming is) Roma yet. But BlacKkKlansman is way better than Black Panther. Though, I do think BP is one of the best films Marvel has made so far, which isn't really a big compliment from me.

Sorry to Bother You was the best movie I saw in 2018 and it's not nominated for shit.

I literally cannot understand what you're saying here. Either this is shtick or you genuinely misread what I was saying. "Woke"? really? What the fuck does that have to do with anything. There was nothing disingenuous about my post. I was mostly agreeing with your point about how arbitrary the Oscars are. At any rate, here's how I'd rank the Best Picture Noms that I've seen:

1. BlacKkKlansman
2. The Favourite
3. Black Panther
4. A Star is Born

I'm super excited to see Roma. I'm interested in Vice for performances alone. I have no interest in Bohemian Rhapsody. And based on the trailers I've seen for Green Book, I have to imagine that anyone who thinks Black Panther is here on dubious terms is also pretty suspicious of this inclusion, as well.

But I do like both lead actors. So, maybe it's good? I don't know.
