I just discovered a cream cheese made with skyr yogurt. It is phenonmenal. Arla is the brand.

Much more mild tasting than a traditional cream cheese. Not as... sharp? Not sure if that is the best way to describe it. It is wonderful on a bagel with some good lox, it really lets the flavor of the fish stand out.washing machine wrote:Tell me more. Some recent finds at Trader Joes:

very good, but very sharp and strong. Goes well with some honey.

Just a good manchego

Many places here in the South that make their own "craft" pimento cheese sub out mayo for a cream cheese/sour cream mixture
