Disney got cold feet with this one.
They saw all the leaks an speculation and realised how shit their name was. They are now scrambling to think of a better one.

The initial one was:

Star Wars: A Bevy of Jedi

Star Wars: Jedi vs. Sith: 1 one 1

Star Wars: A Place in Coruscant where the naked Twileks dance; A Hole in the Wall where the Gamorreans can see it all

Ugh
Spoiler: show
The second piece talks about a mysterious plot device that will drive the plot forward. Apparently, neither side possesses this “delightful but somewhat controversial” MacGuffin, and it may just be the key to ending the war, so they drop everything and pursue its whereabouts. It’s not clear what it is. At a certain point in the movie, all of the major heroes are in one place – the “classic sand planet” (possibly Tatooine) that is represented by the filming in Jordan shoot – after partaking in the war effort throughout the Galaxy Far, Far Away in different ways.

Rumors and speculation! Rumors and speculation! Rumors and speculation!

How many time are we gonna play this game? Now, if none of that stuff is in any way true (remember the big Force users fight on the mysterious island in TLJ??????) is everyone gonna lose their shit again and start talking about how terrible the movie is just because it didn't fulfill their fan-fantasy?

Jesus.

Let's just wait for actual footage and go from there, how about?

I get what you’re saying. The speculation when it’s wild and crazy is us setting ourselves up for disappointment if we go wild.

The reports are from making Star Wars, who haven’t ever gone wrong so much.

In fact I think it’s when the footage hits it’s when the wild bad speculation happens.
That’s when it goes south

Having said all of that... I would be interested in seeing The Knights of Ren and I love the idea that they've been out on some mission and now they're back and that's why we haven't seen them yet. That's speculation I can get on board with.

Did yiu read the MSW piece joe?

It sounds like a really bad EU book. There’s far too much going on.

The only positive to take from it that me and my pals can come up with is that it’s setting up another trilogy. Saga of otherwkse but probably saga.

It sounds bonkers.

But I hope and it looks like the knights of den are back and possibly they’re the big bad and kylo has to join up with Rey and the resistance to take them down.

And right there, you have his glorious redemption and death to save them all.

Yep, and that's exactly why I'm not buying any of this shit yet. I skim these articles (in case they are right, I want to have some surprises and I don't want every detail) but I take them all with a grain of salt. We just have no idea at this point. Speculation can be fun as hell. But there's such little news right now that everyone is reading the stuff and reacting like it's gospel and that's annoying.

If the Knights of Ren are not in this movie, I'm sure it'll be fine. I don't need them at all. But IF they are going to include them, I hope there's a good reason why they've been absent.

I disagree that 9 needs a "new big bad" to push Kylo and Rey together or even to challenge Kylo Ren. There's a way that CAN be super cool, sure. But I'm fine with Kylo being the big bad and let's all move on.

Point is, there's million ways the story could go and I'm excited to see what happens. I want to see it. I'm going to see it. Freaking out (not saying anyone here is doing this, just the internet and pods at large) about this stuff like it's fact at this stage is exhausting and I hate it.
