If we’re being honest ... and if James Harden is truly interested in an honest, unbiased evaluation of his game ... he should come here to see what a couple of former Pearl Jam fans are saying. Any other venue will be littered with haters and yes men. This place is the real deal.

My employer blocked me from talking to Magic Johnson in the offseason as well.

Ben Simmons apparently wants to flirt with Magic about how to actually shoot a jump shot as a point guard with aids. I wonder who Ben's agent is?

You guys hear Zion said whoever drafts him is only getting him for four years because then he's signing for the Lakers?

He now gets a $25000 fine for tampering upon signing his deal.

I mean how amazingly bad is Magic at reading the room...why would he think voluntarily bringing up a month old conversation about something that Elton Brand had already blocked could possibly be a good idea? As if there haven't already been enough tampering allegations.

Oprah is now in charge of assigning tampering fees.

Sucks because the style of basketball that has taken over the league suits him perfectly. He could have been very good for awhile.

So I would guess he got the blood clot issue worked out, the NBA let Magic play however briefly, why not Bosh?

The Heat could have allowed him to play if he signed a waiver or something I'm sure. They just weren't willing to risk the PR hit if something happened during a game. Basketball doesn't exacerbate his condition at all. The whole thing is stupid and I find the jersey retirement thing disingenuous.

It's hard not to wonder if his contract hadn't seemed so onerous or if he had been a couple years younger or if the team was competing for championships if they would have found a solution that allowed him to play.

so more of a convenience for the team dumping the contract rather than anything concerning the players health.

I can buy that.
