I don’t really buy this. Surely tons of licencees (who saw production pics months ago) would know and have stuff already in production for it?

It has a production name for sure. Think it was black stone?
TLJ was space bear or maybe that was TFA. Can’t recall

It would be great if Black Stone is actually the name of the movie.

Ep IX: Black Stone.

I can’t even find time to correct the spelling in my posts I’m not sure I have time to consider
This ridiculous notion.
Luke’s death in TLJ was the last time I’ll cry at a Star War.
Unless they kill Chewie or the Falcon. I’d cry oceans at that.

nah, the whole "bringing people back to life" thing is being overdone in movies. For shock value, or whatever. But hey, it's happening in the Avengers movies, it happened to the most popular character on the most popular current TV show, why not do it in Star Wars too?

Also, you could bring me back for a humorous scene with Chewie or something

Good point. The idea luke is coming back is ludicrous anyways but it’s out there.
No way they’re doing in the same year as endgame. Good call.

You stay dead greedo. Sorry man.

I wouldn’t be at all. But funny thought though.
I’ll be pissed if we don’t get Anakin force ghost. balance of probability says that’s more likely
Than Luke doing a JC

I doubt it. If Disney hasn't purchased a domain name yet (which by all accounts they haven't, otherwise we'd know what it is), then this checks out. Given the way the world works now, this makes total sense.

Black Diamond

Named for the most difficult level of ski slope. The implication being that this is (ep IX) is going to be really difficult to pull off.

That was it. Thanks.

Yeah Ive unwound from caring to much about the title.
They’ve been better (than the prequels anyways) and relate to the stories within, so far, so this one will too hopefully.
I just hope I don’t hate it.

Same.

But even if it's a terrible title, I'm still going to forgive it if the movie is awesome. Which I expect it to be. My expectations for this stupid pew pew opera finale is WAY too high, I know. I should manage my expectations better.

I just dumb posted on Facebook ‘happiness is reality minus expectations’. Cos I heard that (alien) guy Elon Musk say it on a podcast.

But it’s especially true with Star Wars.

I don’t have a list of demands with this. I’m just hoping he doesn’t fuck it up. Kind of a negative view and I don’t know where it’s from. Maybe the TLJ backlash?
It’s all I got for this one.
I know people laugh at my dumb TLJ trailer reaction but it kinda foretold my own and many others to the entire film. The WTF???? Of it all. So even the trailer I’ll be not pinning to many hopes on this time.

Especially if it does turn out to be a ‘tearjerker’.

As much as I'd like to see Luke alive, bringing him back sounds ridiculous. Even if the Force does it somehow.
