Switched to making a madras and I’m reducing it down slowly but I still kinda want the korma creaminess.
I’m about to dump a load of Greek yogurt in for that.

If anyone knows if this is a bad idea let me know thanks

Oh boy. That was a disaster.
I put in too much Greek yogurt.
It immediately curdled. And tasted like vomit. Literally.

Fucked loads of cumin chilli powder and tumeric in and got it back. Mostly.

Served it up and it tasted passable but the texture was revolting.
I think I might have discovered a new method of making cheese.

Flushed it down the toilet.

i was just in seattle and vancouver for 11 days and had no red meat...in laws wanted steaks last night and since its cold and raining i had everything to make stew...once they leave its back to chicken and sushi

i just made steel-cut oats (which typically take about 40 minutes of constant stirring) in that thing this morning. turned out perfect.
