Daughter is fantastic. I’ve never cared about Angel. There could have been better choices for the version of Daughter, I agree again that Dave A versions are the best. But there’s so many to choose from. Either way, easy vote for Daughter. Also, Ed’s voice is killer on this.

"Angel" has never been done well live -- there are vocal tracks that lay over each other in the studio version that are hopeless to replicate, and they're my favorite part of the song.

Dave A's light touch on the hi-hat on "Daughter" has yet to be bested, but this era produced some fine versions too, of which this is one.

It is, but I was really struck by how lovely that version of Angel was. A one of a kind performance (great daughters are a dime a dozen so it's harder to have that truly special feel) and it is Eddie during my favorite period singing with restraint. Angel gets my vote, though it won't matter.
