I've been playing Apex Legends a lot but am absolutely horrible at it. I did win my first match today but I did nothing. Still counts.

I've been playing Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle lately. I'm pretty early, but it is really well done.

Pre-ordered Sekiro. I'm sold on it. I'm ready.

Lot of new details came out yesterday. A good, succinct breakdown: higher floor and ceiling skill wise than the soul series. Sounds like it is a bit more difficult than the soul/bloodborne games but also more rewarding. A lot more freedom in exploring the world. No multiplayer aspects at all.

Harder than Bloodborne? Skeptical... but if true this will be rewarding as fuck.

My wife is out of town all of next week. I'm strongly considering playing through A Link to the Past for the first time.

I will consider this... it depends on the time of day, though, mostly.

Of course. I really only play those types of games late at night.

What types? "Violent"? For me, it depends on where the wife is, mostly. Sometimes I need to be "available" even if I'm playing video games.

I don't play games when my son is awake for the most part.

I was proud of my three year old today: she crossed one screen in Mega Man, jumped up two platforms, and then jumped on a ladder and climbed it to the next screen. Granted, she didn't kill any guys (just jumped through them) and she was killed by a wimpy enemy in the next screen, but I still had a proud dad moment.

Nice! It's only a matter or time until her youthful reflexes kick your ass in every game.
