It's probably been at least 10 years since I played Majora's Mask, but I remember trying to hunt down each and every mask was the best part.

The Fierce Diety mask was worth it.

Started Ocarina last night. The character models look much better in the 3DS version.

If you want help:
Spoiler: show
You have to call epona over in the stable as an adult, then ride up to that asshole and talk to him. He'll challenge you to a race. Beat him once and he challenges you again. Beat him again, you get to keep Epona. Then, you have to jump the gate to get out of Lon-Lon.

I'm up to 535 korok seeds in BotW. Found over a dozen today just wandering around.

The thought of finding all 900 seems so daunting. I thought I would have found a lot more when I was getting those medals. I'm still sub-600.

What's your favorite method for getting a korok seed? Mine's chasing the yellow flower until it's a white flower.

I like the race challenges - getting through the yellow circle in time. I dislike random ones - pick up a stick instead of rock; full size metal boxes in Lake Hylia. I don't remember multiples of those 2.

It took me a long time to realize that you need a horse for some.

I think I have the hardest one - getting the rock on the roof of the building in Lurelin Village (?) to complete the rock pattern. I was trying to place a rock on a metal crate and the lift with magnesis, but you needed a well placed and lucky stasis strike. That took me a while.

There's one race korok in the ruins just south of the spiral peninsula on the Akala coast that I still haven't gotten. It's so fucking fast.

I don't know if I've come across one that requires a horse.

It took me an embarrassingly long time to discover the three identical apple tree ones, but I was super happy when I did.

and yeah the lurelin village roof one was really tough

there's one on the snowy plateau just east of the statute of the eighth heroine that seems to be a lucky stasis hit one too and I haven't nailed it yet

I don't know if i ever got that snow one. I know I tried and failed, but I usually marked uncompleted Korok challenges on my map though.

Is the Akala one the one you need to shield surf?

I only found a few that need a horse. You need to jump 3 sets of fences - usually near decayed huts and shacks.

No it starts on the ground and you've got to get up to the top of a pillar in the ruins.
