I finally had an authentic chicken fried steak while I was in the states recently. It was absolutely not the same thing as milanesa. I owe Reid an apology.

I run 5 miles a day now and eat lots of vegetables..I try to limit myself to no more than 3 beers per day and 1 whisky...I like to indulge now about once every 2 weeks
