That seems a little vague for a national law. What is the legal threshold for “demeaning” someone? Cannot you not make video calling religious people stupid?

No one's talking about taking away anyone's rights. Stop this bullshit argument. There are already TONS of restrictions on the second amendment. It's common fucking sense.
I'm not really an absolutist on the subject. I stop short of supporting personal nuclear weapons. Though that would probably be an infringement on the second amendment. I guess I'm a hypocrite after all.

Maybe Miller is dead at this point, but to me the simpleton, it prevents any significant restriction of semi-auto rifles, as they are patently the most appropriate weapon for the militia.
