Through two episodes I thought this show was amazing... then probably the biggest nosedive in TV history.

I just read the book. It's fantastic. This show was a travesty of epic proportions. Bad decisions made every step of the way, particularly in the second half.

Finally watching this. On the third episode now. No one seems interested in solving the murders, but I'm having a good time following Amy Adams in the lead, as a character visiting the town she grew up in.

I enjoyed this overall, a good series. Really weird twists at the end.
