It's a video game. I'm not sure what horizon is.

I'm not 100 percent sure, but I'm pretty sure it is also a video game.

Horizon feels more like an antique animatronic exhibit mixed with other things including being a video game.

An antique? Haha. You be you man. Glad you are enjoying this though. I can't wait to explore (and die) more.

What I meant is that the characters move like old Disney World robots when speaking to each other. It's very odd for when it came out.

Yeah. Though, it feels less like exploring and more like making a way through a well-crafted maze or something. I love how rewarding it is when you get it right. A lot of thought was put into this game. Love it so much.

I beat the first hard samurai.. the one who does the sweep attack you have to jump up and dodge... I died a ridiculous amount of times, so far. It's definitely better to not be tipsy to drunk while playing this game. I'm thinking about starting over before I get much further.

Have you defeated the chained ogre?

No. I died right after defeating the samurai and I didn't save it.

I saw you skipped a samurai.. I highly recommend against this. You need to learn what they have to teach. If you can't beat them, you shouldn't move on, I think.

It is taking me awhile to learn how to approach each battle. You can use stealth to get an easy KO to the enemies that require multiple KOs. The ogre battle was significantly easier once I remembered you can jump to avoid his leaping grab. I still died way more times than I care to admit. Just got too greedy. Didn't help I spammed my prosthetic too much.

The blocking/posture system is really cool once you figure it out.

I went back and killed him. I wanted to get an upgrade and I didn't want to lose my progress on my level by dying.

Wait. I'm not even sure what that is that you're referring to. If it's in my path, I visit it. I assume I visited everything available to me so far but I don't remember that name. I'm no skipper, matey.

There is a way to get there pretty early on the in the game. I won't spoil it for you, but these types of games are designed to play in different ways. Skipping sections, branching paths, etc. There will many areas gated by a specific boss, but just as many others that can be explored when you're nowhere near ready for them.
