Super was pretty meh to me..it had some moments.

Most people told me the same, but I thought it was pretty good for the most part.

Yeah, I liked Super. I waited a long time to watch it because I fucking hate Rainn Wilson, but I really enjoyed it.

It was good. It was a sort of realistic answer to the question: "who would actually try to become a crime-fighting superhero, how would he do it, and what would happen?," while still being a suspension-of-disbelief, just go-with-it and enjoy, superhero movie.

Sanskrit. You're majoring in a 5000 year-old dead language? Latin, it's the best I can do.

The Company You Keep. Its a tad ridiculous and Shia has the detective skills of Sherlock Holmes sometimes, but the acting was good. C+

Guys, I watched Reign Over Me yesterday for the first time since having kids, and can't remember another movie I got so choked up during. Fuck, that is a really sad movie.

After I watched it I checked Rotten Tomatoes to see what type of reviews it received. I'm really surprised it's in the low 60's.
80% or so liked it though.
I really like this 1 reviewer's quote about it. "Cheadle's finest hour and proof that Sandler can act. Funny, sad and flawed - like its characters."

But, ya I was all bumming yesterday hard, and this movie just sent me over the edge. It's pretty heavy.

It's alright. I found it a little overreaching at times. As far as earnest Sandler movies, I prefer "Punch Drunk Love" or even "Funny People".
