No finishers. Only one started loop 4. 3 or 4 completed the 3 loop fun run. Sounds like the weather was brutal again.

You were the one who started shit by accusing me of faking my stats. You're the loser and you know that.

Decent run today. A bit colder than expected but still nice enough outside. I ran the first 3.4 miles with my wife, which is why my pace was slower than usual for the first 4 miles. But the second 4 felt great. Good pace (nice consistency), good breath, legs felt good. I know it's more flat and/or downhill on that last mile, but it always feels good to end strong and fast.

I think I'm just going to sign up for a 10k later in the summer. This one's not happening. Sorry guys.

I'm officially calling my $22 Teslas a "Best Buy."

I bought another pair and will probably buy several more.

I'm trying to mix in some pace runs now that the conditions are more optimal.

No. Nobody made it to 365 days.

I made it to 118 days before getting Valley Fever.

And oasisfan35 made it to 135.

That reminds me, anyone want to start a streak?

We could just do 100 days or something. That would motivate me to get through another brutal AZ summer.

A streak challenge is what I need to get motivated, but I’m always hesitant to run two days in a row. How do you daily runners recover?

In general, the human body will adjust to the punishment you hand it and recover accordingly.

Also, I would cheat the system (but not in a Dev way) occasionally and run early in the morning one day, then really late the next.

You can actually get like a 40-hour break that way.

I don't recover. My hip bursitis has been bothering me for weeks and weeks now. I don't think I can do a streak. I need that off day I take. I already suspect going 6 days a week has been at least part of my problem.
