To my knowledge no one or no entity from Lucasfilm has directly issued a statement in any way that says the trailer will premiere at the panel. I've seen nothing from an official Star Wars anything or JJ or KK or Mark or Pablo or whomever else that says, "The trailer will 100% drop this Friday at the Ep 9 panel, tune in to see the trailer!!!"

But it's going to premiere at the panel. Both TFA and TLJ had trailers shown at their respective panels at past Celebrations. It's just common sense. There's no way Disney or Lucasfilm isn't going to show the crowd something. It might be more of teaser (I think it'll be a full trailer, personally) but they're gonna show footage. And just like with Avengers: Endgame, they'll reveal the title at the end of the trailer.

So we'll get the trailer and the title next Friday.
