Funny story. Most random thing ever.
My cousin Lynne and her wife are on holiday in Portugal celebrating their wedding anniversary. She’s a big Pj fan. Anyways they’re by the pool in the hotel and realised Ed’s on the sun lounger beside them. They leave him to it. He eventually strikes up a conversation and realises they’re from Ireland and tells them he’s on tour with Glen Hansard, have they heard on him? Lynne says nothin, kinda shocked she didn’t know. Sarah her wife tells him that’s Lynne’s cousin. He’s all no way! He calls glen who’s staying in the hotel too. ‘I have your cousin here!’ Glen comes down. All blown away how completely random
They spent the day drinking and he invited them to the show. They even got a selfie taken by ed. So bizarre but funny.
