Never did get a chance to re-listen and re-evaluate my final choice so i'll just stick with what I decided a while ago. There's a few really good songs left but I wanted something dark.

I've narrowed down to choices for my last pick, so I'm guaranteed one of them now.

Man, I had already made my mix up in Audacity with I'm Still Here included - didn't think that one was gonna slip through my fingers!
OK, scrambling for a replacement, stupidmop's gone the 'totally out-there-improv' route, so why don't I, hey?
So I'm going with:
Improv (pre-Habit) Mansfield '98. As per the first part of this youtube clip:

Got Some is much better than a 9th round pick... That's basically a steal therephilpritchard wrote:Nice timing to log on for the first time all weekend.
I'll take Got Some and Lukin.

Aw yeah. I was considering an almost entirely improv based playlist at one point, but I thought it wouldn't be as fun to draft cause there was very little chance of other people choosing my songs.Varis wrote:Man, I had already made my mix up in Audacity with I'm Still Here included - didn't think that one was gonna slip through my fingers!

There's a version on YouTube without habit attatched btw. It might also be in the video thread on the couple of pages if I recall.

4 songs you "really want" that are still left in the 10 round?stip wrote:guys there are 4 songs I really want for my 10th pick, and I cannot decide so I need you to stop with this improv crap and help me whittle this down
That's impressive.... but then again, I just realized that half of Backspacer is probably still available

Re: 2013 tournament II: numbers 10
4 songs that I think would do a great job in my number 10 slot.
there are another two songs I'd give 4 stars to left that I'm not looking to draft.

Re: 2013 tournament II: numbers 10
In fact, it's not really fair how poorly S/T and Backspacer get treated by this process but I'm hoping that had more to do with fit/feel/vibe, etc. Plenty of late round S/T and Backspacer songs that are still pretty killer tracks.
