Yup.
Spoiler: show
What main bosses have you defeated outside of Lady Butterfly?
Had to pull up a list online..
I guess Gyoubu Masataka Oniwa is it, goddamn it.

I beat a buncha mini bosses, though.

You?

Have you beaten a headless?

I've defeated four main bosses (including one headless) and all of the mini-bosses I've encountered so far.

Gyoubu was by far the easiest.

She was definitely second easiest. I think I beat her on my fourth try after messing around the first and second time. I found her fight to be really beautiful in a way.

There is a significant difficulty spike between her and the next main boss.

Thanks for the heads up. Yeah, I had more fun with her fight. It was like a dance. I'm finding more value in blocking/deflecting than attacking now. Took me a bit to realize how important it is.

This game is all about blocking/deflecting at the right time and managing your posture. I kind of had to unlearn Bloodborne strategies before I felt competent.

Definitely play Bloodborne next. Then try Dark Souls if you're looking for more.

I'm getting pretty good. Got the ape in about 20 tries and just beat another one of those crazy spider mini-bosses on my first try.

The ape isn't too bad, but I had to cheese the second phase a bit.

I feel like overcoming challenges in this game is helping me to overcome challenges with more ease IRL.

You would think that working within the education to prison pipeline you would know what I'm talking about.
