Oh my god, thank you for this suggestion. Searching for “West Lake Soup” (which I’ve never heard of) immediately directed me to this awesome-looking place THAT HAS SHRIMP TOAST which I have been searching for to no avail. I’m gonna go HAM on this motherfucker tonight!

How far out of the way and is the route interesting? Maybe seeing a new stretch of road to get something new to eat could be part of the fun.
