Game Night was alright. Really liked the single shot in the mansion, that was pretty cool. Some of the shots of the cars driving, as well as the use of tilt-shift for long shots, were all well done. Weird pairing of film content and film work.

Are we ready to call The Hateful Eight a "classic" yet?

It could have been better, but it was different, and there are several strong performances. It’s the darkest feel to a Jungle Book movie I have ever seen.

Would you recommend it to someone who is indifferent to The Jungle Book story?

The Curse of La Llorona was very boring and bad. Between this and The Nun, I feel like the James Wan era of horror has hit a creative wall. We're ready for something new.

Well, she is great in it. Dern is amazing too, and when they are together the movie really shines. But if you care about the story, which is bonkers and amazing, you have to see the doc....its fucking great.

Escape Room.

That was fun! I loved the set pieces, they looked really cool, specially the upside bar.

It's a step backwards for QT, hard to call any of it classic other than Sam Jackson's phenomenal work.
