If a character is never mentioned again (i.e., if they leave Winterfell next episode and we don't see or hear about the Maester), no one will be awarded points and we count it as a wash.

P.S. - kreng's gambit of picking everyone to die landed him in last place. If you had picked everyone to live...you'd currently have 21 points and be tied with ruddo at the top.

Ghost and Yohn Royce are still alive.

They made it a point on 3 different occassions at the beginning of the episode to show Ghost. I can't imagine they'd give him an off screen death and just find his body next week in the aftermath.

they could build defence walls with the sheer amount of dead. I assumed the assault would be on kings landing. Perhaps it happens somewhere in between? They hardly want to level kings landing anyways. They want to take it.
