Cersei as a character has been caricature over these past few seasons.

Not sure I share that sentiment. Why do you think so?

I don't really have time to respond in full to this, but I feel like she is just completely evil at this point, with little to no piece of humanity.

I always felt like the show did a great job of making her a person, especially when compared to the books. And I haven't seen a drop off in recent seasons. To me Lena has played her perfectly and all that's there has been earned. But, you know, I have terrible opinions.

Just a gentle tease.

What sort of things has Cersei done since blowing up the Sept of the Baelor to show any signs of being an actual person?

Also, I think Lena does a great job and has the whole series. This is more of a beef with the writing of the character.

j/k ... to me, character development is all about context and what came before. What she's been through has led her to make the decisions she's made and there has been tremendous consistency there, I think. I'm not saying that she hasn't become more "evil" or less "sympathetic" but it's her experiences that inform that and I understand where she is and why she's done what she's done. I'm still following her, that's all. I think the arc has made sense and felt natural and almost necessary.

I can’t see a happy ending or ever after for pretty much anyone involved.

Except maybe Cersei if she does manage to keep the throne and kill them all.
Even then happy isn’t a word your use when it comes to her.

The only real prophecy left is Cersei dying. It’s the only thing I am certain about.

I do think there are characters that will have a somewhat happy ending, surviving with good health, wealth and power at least.

She is human. Humans die. I wouldn’t exactly vall that a prophecy.

So did anyone notice the ice dragon is guarding the entrance to the godswood and when Jon is trying to get past it, he’s actually spotted Arya and in the next shot when he stands up to face it, he shouts Gooooo! To distract the dragon And 10 seconds later the white walker general feels that breeze as she runs past him to kill the night king.

without having it in front of me, he is on his way to bran..we know that cos he shouted Bran at dany and she said Go!! so hes working his way though..and he knows his way..its winterfell..

the thing says he looks over and sees her and decides todistract cos shes nearer the gate and the dragon is kinda turning and turning looking for a target.

You guys love to speculate, any guesses as the the future of the Wall? Will they need it?Can they rebuild it?

My own personal speculation is that now that there is no longer a threat from the Lands of Always Winter that there is no need for the Wall. It will not be rebuilt until there is a new and equal threat. Right now, The Wall has no point, and it undercuts so much of the progress the show has made in uniting tribes.

This is what I was thinking although I like Ruddo's idea of there being a tv spinoff set at the Wall.

It’s unclear/unverified it’s arya and they obviously didn’t want to tip their hand by showing her and him telling her to go.
But in another light, the shot of jon and the dragon is needless given what’s happening with night king standing over Bran.

They could have just stayed there on that shot.
