they could make a spin-off series based on rebuilding it. ideally, a sitcom.

as for the wall, i know it's mostly destroyed. i saw last season. and i know the night's watch left and either were killed or have remnants that went to winterfell (or elsewhere). again, i've been watching the show. my questions more concern what happens from here on out. i don't think anyone can profess to know the answers. to be sure, i don't need answers to make the show enjoyable, and i don't need for the show to make sense out of every little thing. but considering the details of how we got here, i'm a little more than curious.
This Wall discussion is simple:

Why was the wall built? To keep out what’s on the other side i.e. white walkers/wildlings
Are those threats still there? No
With no threats, is the wall necessary?
They have come back before.
I’m assuming you mean the white walkers? The things that literally exploded because the very first one was killed?
Yes, they were destroyed by Azor Ahai.
The Last Hero defeated the White Walkers with the help of the Children and ended the Long Night--no one knows exactly what happened. Azor Ahai is a legend (myth?) from the East that is very similar to the Last Hero, but most likely not the same person.
It is believed that they only temporarily defeated them during the Long Night and why they showed back up again.

Doesn’t look like winterfell and definitely isn’t Dragonstone.

That looks just like the library where Arya snuck around the wights last episode. They are also still wearing winter-y clothing.

Not unless it’s the third different actor to play him (Daario). By the way WhereTF is Daario?

Hiding among the ranks of the Golden Company so he can strike the killing blow on Harry Strickland and save Dany's life.

Before The Hound takes on The Mountain in the Clegane Bowl, he should also be able to vanquish the 2 other actors who played The Mountain.

The last of the children are believed to have died in the cave of the three eyed raven. Rumors of some living on the island in the middle of the lake south of harrenhal
