I would say the new star wars trilogy is not as planned and well executed than both of infinity war and endgame.

To say the least.

in fairness, they were filmed i think at the same time (if not a majority of them both) so it stands to reason it would be very well crafted

More importantly they were written at the same time as one larger story - the writers/directors started with where they wanted to end up and wrote the story from there (in early drafts the snap was actually the start of endgame). And they spent like 18 months working on it. The russos (and this writing team) are super meticulous about the script, which I guess you'd have to be for a story this large.

To Marvel's credit they let them start far out enough in advance that there was time to do it. Because of the rush to hit release dates so many scripts end up being rushed.
