pasta and home made meatballs

tell me about the panade in your meatballs

pretty easy..just an egg, a bit of milk, italian bread crumbs with a combo of pork and beef..i brown them in a pan then just bake them in the oven in the sauce that I make with some parmesan

no veal? you're a monster.

i do the trifecta meatballs a lot but i was lacking the veal and i didn't feel like going out of my way to the store today..
