Hey, did you get this figured out yet. From what I see you have a space in your file name (%). Remove that and try again. I had the same problem and it worked after I removed all spaces from my file name (The%Price%of%PRIVACY.mp3 > ThePriceofPRIVACY.mp3)

Edit: Also, make sure you right-click on your file and choose "Copy public link". It should look something like this: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/33004563/Test.docx
