Yeah there are much better "grocery store" hot sauces out there. Louisiana, Valentina, Tapatio, El Yucateco, even Crystal.

Nothing worse than sitting down at a Mexican restaurant and seeing a bottle of Cholula or Tapatio on the table

Not a snob. I love Franks, Tabasco, and Huy Fong Sriracha, three incredibly fucking basic sauces at this point. Cholula is just... mostly bland. Very little heat and very little flavor

Different sauces work well with different foods. And sometimes you like a little variety.
And I use them pretty much every day! Not collecting to collect

i don't think i ever use hot sauce except on some breakfast foods from time to time..i'll use sriracha on potato chips some times but thats about it
