yeah, i guess i can start doing this. did it for both the half marathons this week. but also its kind of a pain. and now that i was able to prove myself people should trust me a bit more.

I'm not quite jealous of the fast guys but some of the elevations they do during the runs is impressive. I am at the point I can just keep doing what I'm doing but the day after I go hard running or biking is a tough day. My legs don't recover like they used to.
