This dream of the Dubs winning the chip without Durant just might come true.

Pelicans can still trade AD and get a few good young players and a pick or two. Maybe even get a team to take on a bad contract.

They’re 13th in the west. Best possible hope is maybe 8th with Zion and anyone else. Hell with both maybe they’re 5th.
If Zion wins even 1 playoff series like AD did there, it’s miraculous.
Absolutely horrible for the NBA that another great player is in that market. They have no shot.
Retraction or relegation needs to happen for the good of the league.

At least New Orleans has a GM who knows what he's doing now. I don't know why they held on to Demps for so long. Apparently they will actually have a real life medical staff now too.
Give me Culver or Hunter at 5.

Cam Reddish would have done himself a lot better by going back to Duke for at least one more year.
He's basically Marvin Williams.

I hope he reinjures himself immediately when he comes back and they sweep to the chip without him.Bammer wrote:This dream of the Dubs winning the chip without Durant just might come true.

I gotta say, the Blazers strategy of dropping their bigs in defending pick and rolls seems like a mistake.

Yes, their defense on Steph was atrocious. I expect Stotts to make adjustments (or at least try) on that front. Also think Collins & Hood have to play more.
There were at least 5 possessions last night where Dame drove the lane, got bottled & threw a terrible pass for a turnover. He will likely tighten that up moving forward. I still feel good about the chances of taking 2 games off them this series.

Is Lillard hurt, exhausted, or both? He's still making good plays but he looks off.

He's a bit gassed at this point. CJ has better conditioning, which is why they need to get him more shots.Monkey_Driven wrote:Is Lillard hurt, exhausted, or both? He's still making good plays but he looks off.
