Confirmed:
We are excited to announce two special Pearl Jam live performances to take place in London, Ontario and at Chicago’s Wrigley Field in July 2013. Both evenings will be An Evening with Pearl Jam; there will not be an opening band for either performance date.

The two show dates are:
Tues, July 16 - London, Ontario Budweiser Gardens
Fri, July 19 - Chicago, Illinois at Wrigley Field

*Fall Tour dates in the US will be announced in the coming months.

A Ten Club ticket drawing will be held for all eligible members for a chance to purchase pre-sale tickets to these shows. At the bottom of this email you will find step-by-step written instructions on how to take part in this Ten Club Pre-sale Drawing as well as a link to a “How To…” video.

For your convenience you have one full week from today to enter before names are drawn. This drawing entry period opens today, Jan 23rd and closes Wed, Jan 30th at 10am pacific.
 
Names will not be drawn until Wed, Jan 30th.

Eligibility: Members active as of Tues, Jan 22nd are eligible for this ticket drawing. New memberships and membership renewals purchased after that date are not considered eligible for this ticket drawing pre-sale.

Chicago ticket info: Due to the size of this baseball park, there will be 3 different ticket options. Prices vary. You may enter the drawing for as many ticket options as you like, but you can only be drawn for one pair of tickets to this show. Reserved seats will be assigned based on seniority.


GA Pit tickets: These are general admission standing tickets and are located on the floor immediately in front of the stage. The GA section is allocated for fan club members only; therefore there will not be a Ten Club early entry for this section.
Reserved Field/ Lower Bowl: Reserved seating on the field and lower bowl.
Reserved Upper Box: Reserved seating in the upper box, lower ticket price.


London ticket info: Reserved seating only. All seats will be assigned based on seniority with the exception of rows 1-2 and rows 9-10 which will be used for random allocation.

For wheelchair accessible seating to either/both shows, please email tickets@tencub.net with the subject “Disabled Seating”. Do not enter the online drawing.

Drawing Rules:
- By entering the drawing for any show, you are committing to purchase the tickets should your name be drawn. Please do not enter the drawing for a show you are not prepared to pay for. Tickets are non-refundable
- When entering the drawing your card will only be AUTHORIZED, not charged. An authorization is a temporary freeze of funds. It is not an actual charge. If your name is selected in the drawing the authorization will become an actual charge. However if your name is not selected, we will cancel the authorization releasing the funds back to your card.
- You may enter your name into the drawing for both shows, but be prepared to pay for both shows should your name be drawn for both.
- You may enter your name into the drawing for all three Chicago ticket types. But can only be selected for one pair for that show.
- Names will be selected for each ticket type taking your priority into consideration.
- If you cancel your drawing entries, your authorization will be canceled releasing the funds back to you. Please note that some banks do not make the funds available to you immediately upon cancelation, so check with your bank to make sure you have funds available before resubmitting a new entry.

Step 1. Visit www.pearljam.com and login to your membership account.
 


Step 2. Click “My Account” at the top of the screen. On the drop down click “Ten Club Tickets”.


Step 3. Read all the information on this page including the drawing rules for the tour, and then click on "Pearl Jam July 2013" to proceed to the next page.


Step 4. Click “Choose This Show” for each show you would like to attend in order of priority then click “Continue”.
 


Step 5. Review your drawing entry selections and edit if necessary.
 


Step 6. Fill in the billing information and click “Submit My Entry”. You will be immediately directed to a page confirming receipt of your entry. You will receive an email confirming your drawing entries and you can also view your entries on the “My Tickets” page. 
 


Step 7. You are all done. On Wed, Jan 30th at 10am Pacific the ticket drawing will close. Once names have been drawn, the “My Tickets” page will be updated to indicate for which show(s) your name has been drawn. Also, you will receive an email that day confirming your selection(s).

Ten Club policies:
-All ticket sales are final. No refunds, name transfers or exchanges.
-Two (2) tickets per show. No single tickets.
-Tickets are not mailed in advance. Tickets are distributed at venue Will Call on the day of the show.
-The fan club member must collect the tickets with valid photo identification in person.
-Seat location is not revealed in advance of the show. You will find out your seat location when you pick your tickets up at Ten Club will Call.
-Reselling of Ten Club tickets will result in cancellation of ticket purchase and revocation of all future ticket benefits.
