I look for the Blazers to clean up their recovery/rotations after trapping/hedging Curry pick and rolls. They're too slow and his outlet (Green/Looney/Iggy) is just destroying them.
Played a lot better defense than game 1, shooting woes cropped back up at the worst time. Terrible game to blow, lots of blame to go around. Iggy totally fouled Dame on that last play, but it's not why we lost. Lots of hope for games 3 & 4. Go Blazers.

Most of us that follow the team closely felt the playoff chances were torpedoed the night Nurk went down. He had been arguably our 2nd best player the whole season. What Kanter & the rest of the team has done in his absence is truly surprising & special. Yes, we would be a serious threat to win this series if Nurk was on the court.
I give the Blazers a ton of credit for how they've fared this season and in the postseason. Being able to rally without a reliable big man speaks volumes about their culture and team building.
The Blazers may take a game or two at home because of their shooting, but they'll still have a worse player at every position compared to the Warriors. I would take Looney over Kanter in this particular matchup. I would love to see two fully healthy squads play, but it's just not realistic at this point in the season.

As a Blazers die-hard, going out in 6 to the Dubs would be a perfectly fine result & we could hold our heads high. There were definitely real hopes of an upset series win going in, but not after losing both 1 & 2 in Oakland.
