Wrapped in a flour tortilla and dabbed with some yellowbird, I hope.
Nope. We’re having tacos for supper tonight and I didn’t want to overdo the tortilla consuming. That WAS my first plan, tho.

And I don’t own any Yellowbird.

You've got to save the sauce for when there's no time for milk.

I’ve gotten really into bone broth for breakfast. Made with miso butter, coconut oil, 1-2 eggs, bok choy, sri racha. It rules and tastes so good and I feel awesome after.

Please provide some sort of recipe and/or instructions on the preparation of this delicious-sounding breaking of fasts.

Sometimes there’s just nothing like a couple of eggs over easy, some bacon, and wheat toast with orange marmalade. Washed down with a cup of coffee. I love to wrap a bit of the bacon in the marmalade toast and dip it in the runny yolk.
