my kitchen is all packed up except for a few cups and plates..I sadly will not be cooking in it until at least late june

well we will be gone for 3 weeks and the place won't be ready so we're gonna rent a place for awhile

Prepping up dinner.

Green onions, asparagus tips, cherry tomatoes onions - will roast
Cook some penne and add roasted veggies plus wilted spinach, kalamata olives, and feta cheese.

Chicken breasts and ribeye are currently marinating. I hope i dont fuck the meat up tonight
