Boston 1 and 2 is my favorite part of this tour. Love the combined set lists.

Just listened to Lubbock, TX again. Wow.
I think this might be the definitive version of Porch.

I'm pretty sure he did that for a lot of '94 and '95.cutuphalfdead wrote:So when was he throwing that quick "me and beth" line in Not For You? 96 or something?Birds in Hell wrote:I think it was on-and-off through 2000.cutuphalfdead wrote:So was the 98 tour the "seats just one" tour? When did the split happen?
I listened to parts of Saratoga yesterday and Ed threw "...why couldn't I come?" into Hail, Hail and there's a number of veiled references peppered throughout the Seattle shows at the end of the tour from memory.

I Got Shit did not suck. A monster and it gave you another unknown ending to anticipate.

Listened to Detroit the other day. More than a few slip ups, including one of the biggest abortions of the tour, yet still really good. Disc 1 is particularly strong, though I do admit their tempo is sped up a bit much for purists.

Ed screws up NAIS but then makes up for it by singing the second half of the song in an impassioned way he hasn't done sincemkay0 wrote:What is the slip up? I watched some Pinkpop the other night. I almost teared up. They're so different now from what they were back then.

I have seen the band 14 times starting in 2005. Would easily trade the experience of 13 of them combined to go back and see a show from the 2000 tour if I could.

Lubbock is one of the most underrated shows of the tour. I love it!
