I actually thought it was a good thing. Within the bounds of his office and his professional obligations to be impartial he basically said “he did it, but I can’t get him so its your turn to act.” Whether or not that happens or the blue team saves it so they can induce a trump temper tantrum on the debate stage in front of the nation, I don’t know, but I don’t think Mueller could or should have done much differently.

This guy died, and his estranged daughter didn't find out until she Googled his name, then her mom gave her all of his old computer stuff, and she assumed these documents had already been made available in various lawsuits. When she found out they weren't, she worked to get them released.
