I'd play soccer every day if I could. By far the most enjoyable sport for me to play. I like running because anyone can do it but most people don't. Basically, I enjoy distinguishing myself from people like you, Bam.
What if I told you I ran all the time until my kids grew out of their stroller?
I'd say that's a pretty lame excuse
Meh. Take away the flat brim Bulls hat and you and I are pretty much the same person deep down.

I like running as an opportunity to explore an area that I’m not familiar with, especially the first morning in a new city I have never visited before.

In fact this is how I’d rank the highlights of my trip to St. Louis in 2014:

1. Run around downtown and across bridge into Illinois the first morning. (I did the first “lap” solo and then my travel buddy joined me later and ran his dumb ass right into a rope that was serving as a barrier to a parking lot - laughed my ass off).

2. Kicking it with M_D at the Wishlist pre-party.

3. BBQ (can’t remember the name of the place)

4. PJ concert

5. Busch Stadium tour

Sounds familiar. It was about a mile or so south of downtown and/or the Blues arena.

One of the most difficult 5 mile runs in recent memory. That was awful.
