firstly: lol
Secondly: After several quiet years, tornadoes erupt in United States

If a tornado started erupting I think it would be bigger news.

Re: Not worthy of a thread News
I just saw on the news last night that a couple recently got married at a light rail station. Basically a bus stop. This happened in Everett, WA so I guess not all that terribly surprising?

I’ve been to 2 weddings in stinky fucking barns, and three receptions that took place in crop duster airplane hangers, so my perception is skewed, but...seems fine?

No, not there. Outside. Basically outside on the street next to a railroad track.

So it didn’t smell like a cross between lemon and grease, and you didn’t have a burning sensation in your nose for two days after? Still better.

The idea that cops can test you up to hours after you’ve left the vehicle outside of their custody and retroactively apply the result is insane. How the fuck is any restaurant suppose to serve alcohol? Every patron who drove could be subject to arrest.simple schoolboy wrote:Did the Canadian branch of Mother's Against Drunk Driving sponsor this bill or something?Stickman wrote:

Re: Not worthy of a thread News
Today is the 30th anniversary of the tanks rolling into Tiananmen Square. That was the first big international story I remember watching in real time. The next would be when the Berlin Wall came down that fall.
Also, 30 years is not as long as it used to be.
