Russell Brand's podcast is actually awesome. It's all about wellness -- sobriety, meditation, healthy birth procedures, stuff like that. Maybe not at the top of your list for stuff to listen to, but if you've got a serious interest in any of that stuff, it's waaaaay better than the Goop podcast or some shit like that.
