This is intellectual fun. Not intellectually challenging, i wouldnt say, just fun, like a mcdonalds bday party for your brain. Yup. I'm no intellectual snob (much) but maybe there are too many dunces in the 10 Club. I actually read two people on pearljam.com say they didn't understand what the hell was going on and couldn't keep up. I don't know what there is to understand?Lounge Lizard wrote:This is intellectual fun. Not intellectually challenging, i wouldnt say, just fun, like a mcdonalds bday party for your brain. I get that it's the date/timestamp/date_imagenumber pattern, but that time stamp has a lot of possible values. It's not that obvious.EJ wrote:harmless wrote:I'm kind of hoping he doesn't decode them all, or if he does, it's one at a time. I'm enjoying this thing happening each evening.

No dice so far. Either they've wiser or they haven't uploaded the next pics yet or I'm missing something obvious.EJ wrote:harmless wrote:I'm kind of hoping he doesn't decode them all, or if he does, it's one at a time. I'm enjoying this thing happening each evening.

I think the reveals are fun. Who cares if you have to wait, that's the fun part, trying to guess the track titles.
If it's so bothersome to those twatter folks, just stop following PJ until the end of the week. You'll have your tracklist by then.

Re: Lightning Bolt -- guess the tracks!
Yesterday i just took the middle part and went all brute force on it (just by increments of 500 mind you), the numbers were relatively close to each other. Tried increments of 1000 today but to no avail.broken iris wrote:I get that it's the date/timestamp/date_imagenumber pattern, but that time stamp has a lot of possible values.
