phhftt ... if you ever came to Chicago you’d have already been to the original
any good or is it some in and out crap?
definitely not fast-food-esque. more on the gourmet burger side. they do it right, although some people think it’s overrated.
i'm funny when it comes to burgers..its probably my favorite go to but more so grilling them at home..i really only get them at mcdonalds or shake shack when i'm out..i rarely order them at bars or restaurants..

Oh yeah. Haven’t been but I think we just made reservations recently.
I would have been among the group, but we had to back out of the trip last minute. Looked great on their FB photos.
glancing at the menu ill go with:
chicken liver crostini with rhubarb mostarda
harissa roasted beet
braised short rib
not a big dessert guy but i'd hit that afogatto
I'd go:
farm greens with pear, ubriacone cheese, lavender almonds and cabernet vinaigrette
saffron cavatelli with octopus bolagnese and crispy garlic
steamed mussels with pepperoni, tomato and roasted garlic flatbread
moneygun for cocktails afterward (looks close on the map and presents well on street view)
