Re: Post Random Movie-Related Thoughts You Have
For some reason I was thinking Waterboy instead of Paperboy, hence my confusion. A quick trip to IMDB showed me the error of my ways, and also that I need to see if I can find that streaming or maybe at the library because it looks great.

I really like Zac Efron for some reason. I was more enamored with his performance in Greatest Showman than I was Jackman.

read this today and now...god dammit, random internet person. There's a moment Pulp Fiction's restaurant scene where John Travolta briefly touches his nose. The lighting thereafter makes it look like he permanently bent his nose out of shape for the rest of the scene. It bothers me every time.

https://tapas.io/ - link to the artist.
I disagree with a few of these - the Peter Jackson one is a tired argument, for example - but some others are spot on.

Re: Post Random Movie-Related Thoughts You Have
The Grey is exceptionally good for a post-2000 action film...better than I remember it by far, and I remembered it fondly. It believes in the pain and humanity of its characters in a way I wish much bigger movies did.
I’ll never forget the only other two guys in the theater raging on their way out the door when I first saw it, like they just got ripped off because Liam Neeson didn’t John Wick a bunch of wildlife. Absolute morons.
