just salt and a bit of pepper...im still in a rental house until this weekend..they don't have a grill so it was a cast iron pan fry on a gas stove..

I've been putting Tajin on a lot of things lately. Great on fresh cut fruit, sprinkled in hummus dips, on top of soups...
