There's a seller on ebay doing a buy-2-get-1-free deal on used games, and I'm thinking of getting Fallout 76, Spider-Man, and Monster Hunter World for $26.

Got Prey, South Park: Stick of Truth, and Doom for 23 bucks. I was tempted to get Monster Hunter but the grind seems overwhelming. Tomb Raider was also on the radar. Thanks for the heads up.

I'm pretty much 50/50. I prefer to buy a lot of single player games digitally so I can eventually sell them back. If they go on sale digitally and I like them enough I will buy them there and sell the physical versions.
