why do i get the feeling that in the MCU the mutants are going to get their origins like the did in the Ultimate comic book line

in the ultimates, wolverine was the first mutant. but he wasnt born a mutant, he was genetically altered by weapon H or some letter to try to recreate Captain America, from there they used others as lab rats and then the x-gene was introduced to society (if i am remembering correctly)

i want to say it was called ultimate origin. im not sure they ever introduced inhumans in the ultimate world
